For those who have used Prodoc 2, you would have been familiar with the Delivery Order that was available to you from Customs.

Well, now the Delivery Order is available for Prodoc 3 which will save you time as you won’t need to retrieve it from the TSW portal.

Although Customs do not provide this form to send back to Prrodoc, we have generated one. However, it won’t automatically print from a shipment but you can add it to a shipment and print it as required.

The cost for the form setup is $320 so if you would like to have this added to your Prodoc system then let us know and one of our Customer Support Team will get onto it.
